What does The We Talk offer?

The We Talk is a conversation card for existing love couples. Today we offer the Swedish market four different conversation card games / themes. Each product consists of a deck of cards filled with exciting questions / statements unique to the chosen product's theme, a rule sheet and a high-quality box. Our hope is that you get fantastic dates together with the help of our cards. The dates can be performed both in the home environment and outside at a restaurant, for example. Our products are suitable for all couples, regardless of sexuality.


What is the delivery time?

We use PostNord as a logistics partner and normal delivery time is 2-4 working days.


Is the product shipped to me?

We use PostNord as a logistics partner and you will receive the shipment directly in your mailbox if there is room, otherwise you will receive the shipment to your nearest delivery point.


I've missed picking up my order, what do I do now?

If the shipment has landed at a delivery point, it will remain there for 14 days afterwards it will be returned to us. If you want your order shipped again, you can email us at hello @ thewetalk and we will help you send it out again. You are then responsible for the shipping cost. Please note that if you do not contact us within 60 days, we will not be able to resend your order (please see our Terms of Purchase for Unloaded Shipping)


Can I send a game to another address when I want to give it away as a gift?

Sure, you do this easily through Klarna, if you still need help, please contact us at our customer service hello@thewetalk.com and we will help you.


What opening hours does your customer service have?
We respond as soon as we can, usually the same day.

How much do your conversation card games cost?
Our conversation card games cost SEK 179 / pc (19,69 EUR) + shipping.

What are the payment options?

We offer payments through Klarna where you can choose card payment or invoice.

Can I order your products abroad?
No, unfortunately, we only ship within Sweden at the moment.

Do I have a right of withdrawal on your products?
By law, you have 14 days to withdraw from taking the goods. Contact us as soon as you can at hello@thewetalk.com to cancel your purchase.

Why was my purchase not approved by Klarna?

When you select the payment method invoice or part payment at Klarna, an assessment is made to determine if you can shop for the selected amount. Should your purchase not be approved and you want more information on this, you must contact Klarnas customer service for further support.

Keep in mind that if you choose to pay with Klarna invoice, it is important that you use the information (name and address) on which you are registered.

I want to change address, how do I do it?
